Cards you can top up with USD Coin (USDC), with the networks each one supports. Ranked by what they would cost you per year once their fees are counted.
Read our guide: how to chooseShowing costs in EUR for a typical profile: EUR 500 a month, 30% in a foreign currency, rewards that need staking or a paid plan left out. Choose your country to see only the cards open to you, priced in your currency.
Complete estimates come first, then cards that leave out a fee the issuer does not list. Cards without a cost estimate come last, ordered by how many of their fees are verified.

A shop never receives USDC from you. When you pay, or when you load the card, the USDC is converted into the currency of the card, and the shop is paid in that currency. Where your USDC waits in the meantime depends on the card: with the company that runs it, or in a wallet of your own.
Because USDC tracks the dollar, the price risk you know from other crypto is small. The conversion step is still there, and it is where costs can hide. That is why the ranking looks at what the card charges rather than at the coin.
USDC exists on several blockchains, and each one is a separate top-up network. A card that takes USDC usually takes it on only some of them. The card page shows which, and so do the tiles in the ranked list above.
Several small costs add up, so look at each of them:
Our estimate adds these up for your country and spending. A fee we have not verified is left out and flagged, never counted as zero. Our guide to FX fees and markups abroad goes deeper on those costs.
Both are dollar stablecoins from different companies, and for paying with a card they are close to interchangeable. What differs is support: a card or a platform may take one and not the other, and which is easier to hold can depend on your region and on the exchange or wallet you use.
If your balance is already in one of them, begin with the matching list. If you can pick, compare: the USDT cards and the stablecoin cards use the same ranking, so you can see whether the other coin opens up a cheaper card.
Availability depends on where you live, and so does the order. Before any country is chosen, the list holds 37 cards that take USDC.
A few places as examples: 20 cards in Germany, 21 cards in Brazil, 19 cards in Argentina, 4 cards in Turkey and 10 cards in Nigeria. The counts move as we verify more data, and some platforms restrict stablecoins in certain regions, so check that the card supports USDC where you live.
