These cards are not ranked and have no cost estimate. We have not verified the facts that define this list, or where the card is available. Not checked does not mean no.

Both recurring charges have to be clear.
Any recurring charge above zero leaves the card out. A card that charges a small monthly fee does not belong here, even if the yearly line says zero.
A card that is free to hold can still cost money to get and to use.
A fee we have not verified is never counted as zero. It is left out of the estimate and flagged.
No yearly fee does not mean the cheapest card. A card with a small recurring charge can still cost less overall than one that is free to hold but expensive per payment. That is why this list is ranked by estimated net cost for your spending, not by the fee line alone.
The methodology explains how the estimate is built.
Many cards are open only to some countries, so the list changes with where you live. Across all countries it ranks 50 cards. A few examples:
Choose your country in the Card Finder to see the cards you can get, with a cost estimate for your own spending. The Finder has a no annual fee filter too, but it does not require a monthly fee on file, so it can show cards that this list still holds as not checked yet.
